Rigatoni Bolognese
Rigatoni Bolognese made with lots of pan-fried garlic, fresh coarse-chopped oregano and basil, thyme and a bottle of good Aussie red wine. (half for me, half for the recipe) Simmered to reduce for a bit over an hour. Finished with freshly grated parmisan.
